Hydrogen Generators (PHG)
Hydrogen Generators “PHG” generete hydrogen, and make it possible to sufficiently reduce, and in most cases to completely refuse using gas-cylinders for supplying chromatographs, i.e. get independent from companies selling hydrogen-cylinders. Hydrogen Generators (PHG) are placed directly in laboratories.
Unlike hydrogen-cylinders, Hydrogen Generators (PHG) contain no hydrogen, which could be spilt out into a lab or chromatographic oven, besides, Hydrogen Generators are not capable of producing enough hydrogen to create explosive atmosphere, which insures safety of a laboratory.
Pressure stability and almost complete lack of admixtures is guaranteed when using Hydrogen Generators (PHG) (purity of produced hydrogen is much higher than that of A-class hydrogen-cylinders). This sufficiently reduces chromatograph zero line nose level and increases its sensitivity.
Humidity-level of produced hydrogen is very low (much lower than that of hydrogen-cylinders), which makes it possible to use the produced hydrogen as carrier gas. Hydrogen Generators (PHG) are filled with either bidistilled water or ultra-high-purity water produced by “Aquarius”.
All the Hydrogen Generator (PHG) models are capable of working in a non-stop around-the-clock mode with refilling possible on the run.
Hydrogen Generators PHG-6, PHG-6K, PHG-6KS
Generate hydrogen used in chromatographic flame-ionization detectors; equipped with four-stage gas-purification system; are adjusted smoothly and have digital outlet pressure indicator.
Models PHG-6K, PHG-6KS are equipped with installed humidity-level-of-generated-hydrogen-analyzer and safety filter drain at the hydrogen outlet, which completely protects hydrogen outlet from moisture. They have automatic switch-off mode, light- and sound- indication of when hydrogen humidity-level rises up to the safety filter drain mode.
Model PHG-6KS is capable of blowing off hydrogen, which have accumulated during the generator has been standing idle every time the device is switched on. This makes it possible to supply a chromatograph with hydrogen free of accumulated admixtures.
Hydrogen Generators PHG-12, PHG-12K, PHG-12KS
Generate hydrogen used to supply chromatographic flame-ionization detectors when performing high-accuracy analyses. They might be used as a source of carrier gas. They are equipped with five-stage gas-purification system, which includes oxygen-admixture-purifying reactor; are adjusted smoothly and have digital pressure-indicator.
Unlike model PHG-12, models PHG-12K, PHG-12KS are equipped with installed humidity-level-of-generated-hydrogen-analyzer and safety filter drain at the hydrogen outlet, which completely protects hydrogen outlet from moisture. Hydrogen Generator PHG-12KZ
It is a microprocessor-based hydrogen generator of a new age. PHG-12KZ is capable of controlling load at the hydrogen outlet due to microprocessor-based control.
If gas streamline has a leak, PHG-12KZ switches off automatically and lets out sound signal notification. Hydrogen generating will stop so that it does not create explosive atmosphere.
Hydrogen Generator PHG-12M1
It is a top “PHG” model. It`s a microprocessor-based generator equipped with a fed water-purification and fed water-deionization system. Using just distilled water to supply the device is possible.
PHG-12M has increased outlet pressure and advanced self-diagnosis system; has no analogues among hydrogen-generating devices in either technical characteristics-set or ease of handling.
Hydrogen Generator PHG-25
PHG-25 produces hydrogen of the same quality as model GVCH-6, but its productivity is higher (25 liters/hour).
